Good things:
Image quality is excellent
No subscription - I used to use a different doorbell but after they astronomically raised the prices I needed something else
Great value compared to others that offer similar features
The app is brilliant
Negatives:
Ringer doesn’t have a very long range. I’d estimate about 100 meters.
Not very loud
Still giving it 5 stars because the positives outweigh the negatives.
I got my doorbell direct from the the Halovision web shop. So far I find the instructions woefully inadequate and the battery lasted less than a month after 3 weeks it suddenly dropped from 48 percent to 4. I could find no way of turning on the low battery warning that di not involve me paying an additional 19.99 a month.
Excellent customer service delivery a couple of days late but no problem. Doorbell arrived well packaged and installation was reasonably simple. At the moment all is well with the doorbell doing exactly what it said it would.
So all looking good.
